Usually baby birds are kicked out of the nest for a reason.Valspierssewshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10052294048481393185noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7309493769526175391.post-18511212399974026822011-05-30T11:42:59.202-05:002011-05-30T11:42:59.202-05:00OH!!! I hope you post more as they grow...I love watching the cycle of life and as you already know I love the birds, all of them. Some though, like hummingbirds, chickadees, finches and those sparrows that are so abundant but sing so beautifully just really steal my heart. The sunset is really beautiful too...great photo.
**Just a note for 'Catswhiskers'...I too always thought the mother bird would reject the babies and even the eggs if touched by us. However, in my last issue of 'Birds and Blooms' magazine, a bird 'Specialist' said that is a very common myth, but not true. He said if you see a baby out of the nest, go ahead and gently put it back in. Mom might dive and squawk at you while you do it but she will go right back to her nest. We learn something new every day... :o)
Keep the photos coming Linda. Have a wonderful day with hubby. They seem to be especially happy lately.

The sunset was beautiful yesterday evening. We mentioned it on our way home last night. Sometimes, I think I take it for granted. Living where you can see it daily sometimes, I don't stop to look. Glad you did.Darlahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12729956708957293746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7309493769526175391.post-2852186735930194132011-05-30T02:33:19.498-05:002011-05-30T02:33:19.498-05:00how wonderful!
